Guidelines
Members are expected to wrap up their work and clean up all areas before the time of closing.
Members will share approved space in the studio with fellow members and walk-in customers.
Members are expected to keep their workspace clean and use appropriate space-sharing tables as they work.
Sanding of projects is not allowed in the studio
Members will clean the studio wet. No sweeping is allowed.
Members are required to clean, dry, and organize all equipment after each use.
Members will be held responsible for damage to the facility or equipment if apparent negligence or improper use is the cause
Things to Know
Payment
Membership requires a 3-month minimum commitment and renews on a rolling basis with a 30-day cancelation policy. There is plenty of space for our members and students to work without waiting for a wheel or space to work
Firing
We have a Kiln onsite. Firing fees of .10 cents per cubic inch per firing and specialty clays like porcelain. All pottery pieces should paid before firing.
Studio Availability
Membership includes access 7 days per week from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm
Equipment and Space
Studio Equipment includes; wheels, slab roller, photo booth, wedging table, etc. Clay (at a cost), glazes and a private shelf for storage. Members are required to use only clay purchased from Sandy Mones Pottery, LLC(SMP). Storage size depends on the membership type. You are also able to use the handbuilding studio area.
Additional Info
Scheduled workshops private or corporate events may require SMP to close during open hours. Email notification of closure will be set as soon as possible regarding closure.
